Edge infrastructure providers (Cloudflare and Google Cloud Run) process standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user-agent, TLS fingerprint) strictly for DDoS mitigation, firewall enforcement, and service reliability.

3. Trademarks, Official Emblem & Proprietary Frameworks

The Thunderbear Studios™ trade name, wordmark, domain (thunderbearstudios.org), the Flaming Bear-Paw & Crossbones Emblem (thunderbear_logo.png), Thunderbear Code Guard™, Thunderbear Agentic Mastery™, and Resonant Cloud™ are proprietary trademarks and copyrighted assets owned exclusively by Thunderbear Studios (© 2026 Thunderbear Studios. All rights reserved.).

Open-Source Trademark Carve-Out: Where Thunderbear Studios publishes open-source software (such as Angband 3D under GPL-2.0), the open-source license applies solely to the software source code and explicitly excludes the Thunderbear Studios™ name, wordmark, and thunderbear_logo.png emblem. Third-party forks or redistributions must remove the studio emblem and may not use the Thunderbear Studios™ brand to endorse or misrepresent derivative works without prior written permission.
